1. Return Eligibility

  • Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Original Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Note: Perishable goods, such as food items or products with limited shelf life, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., vanilla beans, spices)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@hoprfulmarket.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning your item.
  3. Ship the Item: Once your return is authorized, ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product).

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us at info@hopefulmarket.com with your order details and photos of the damage.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

8. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, except in cases where we made an error or the item was defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
